A classic story of a journey to the center of the self.
I AWAKENING
Awareness of our own prison. Our authentic world boils inside with the desire to express itself, and we keep it blocked because that’s how we’ve been taught. Because when we were children, we were punished for our authenticity and had to pack our world into one box in order to fit in society and get love and support. We were taught to be good, polite and nice to everyone, that negative emotions are bad, and that unpleasant behavior is unacceptable.

II THE DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL

The realization that blocked and repressed energy takes a physical form. Everything we couldn’t bear to feel and everything that was forbidden to feel we were storing in the dark parts of our being. That darkness, fed with negative energy, gave birth to a dragon. The dragon represents our suppressed pain, fear and anger. Our energy then divides between two polarities: when we are in control, we are good and polite, like they thought us, but in the moments when something triggers us, the dragon easily takes over. And how do you think a neglected, hurt and angry creature will behave when its in charge?

Not knowing how to deal with repetitive responses from trauma leads to a state of despair.

III HEALING
Allowing ourselves to feel everything. Emotions were buried, because at that moment we could not or were not allowed to feel them. They were waiting to be manifested and accepted. When we relive and experience them, they become integrated into our being and no longer separate our entity. Letting all those overdue tears to come out.

Surrendering to the healing powers of nature.

Surrendering to our darkness brings the light inside. Fear becomes our friend.

Giving ourselves unconditional love we missed to receiving when we were children.

Returning of our inner child home, to a world where it is accepted and loved.

Reconciliation with the dragon, return to wholeness, uniting energies.

The transcendence of matter and the realization that we are eternal spirit.
